First up is Thomas Carter.  Thomas is creating a series of CD's (one each month). This is his first - "Meditations for Stress and Anxiety".

This is a short snippet of his spoken word recording.  We did this all online.  All Thomas had to do was speak, as he chose to record one of the pre-written scripts available to members.  Just click the 'play' arrow to listen...
